  Ensure the footwear or accessory is in its original, unused condition with all luxury packaging and dust bags intact to qualify for a refund.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team.

  Once our artisans verify the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
